You can choose from 2 of ISO standard sizes: 0.40 mm and 0.45 mm. 

Each pack contains 6 brushes.

Directions: Push the interdental brush carefully into the space between two teeth. Move the brush horizontally back and forth a few times as well as diagonally in an 'x' movement alongside the teeth.

Use a brush appropriate for the size of the space between your teeth - you may need to use more than one size. Use a smaller brush if it feels too tight - don't try to force the brush into the space.

Disposal: Dispose of the bristles in your household waste. The bamboo handle can be disposed of in the organic waste bin or a composter.
